Premier Martial Arts is moving into Randolph Plaza Shopping Center in Universal City 08/21/2007

On August 21, 2007 Premier Martial Arts signed a lease agreement and will be occuping 8,500 square feet at 920 Pat Booker Road in the Randolph Plaza Shopping Center in Universal City. Anticipated opening is the 1st day of October 2007 with a grand opening soon to follow.

Over the past 20 years Delta Properties has managed and leased Randolph Plaza Shopping Center. During that time Delta Properties has dedicated much time and effort towards the improvement of the quality and appearance of Randolph Plaza. The most recent project involved the expansion of Polly’s Pets from 8,000 to 17,000 square feet. This expansion was completed November 1, 2005.

Along with a major face lift in 2003, the parking lot of Randolph Plaza Shopping Center was seal coated and re-striped to coincide with the grand opening of the new Polly’s Pet store.

This move will create a new space available (the former Polly’s Pet) of 8,000 square feet and the owner is interested in investing the finish out dollars necessary to place the right merchant into Randolph Plaza Shopping Center.

Delta Properties announces the recently completed exterior renovation of a 15,000 square foot building located in the 4000 block of Naco Perrin. We have completed the construction of new offices for the Nucor Vulcraft Group and Smart Cabling Solutions, Inc., with existing tenant Hanson Screen Company. In May of 2005, Delta Properties will coppleted the renovation of another 25,000 square foot project-Perrin Plaza Annex. This remodeling will consist of exterior painting and installation of a new concrete tile façade. Perrin Plaza Annex has always had a large number of outstanding merchants such as The Great Exchange Book Store, Oakleaf Florist, Absolute Dance Studios, Lone Star Train and Hair Cuts of Texas. Recently, SignsPlus S. A. and Alamo City Frames have joined our list of successful merchants. In the fall of 2005 Delta Properties will continue it’s Naco Perrin improvements with the renovation of two buildings occupied by China Sun located at 4107 Naco Perrin and British Sensations located at 4115 Naco Perrin. With over 65,000 square feet under management on Naco Perrin, Delta Properties will have a major impact on the future of this area.
